How credits work
1 credit is one booking Skye makes on WhatsApp, or one minute on the phone. A phone booking usually takes about 2 minutes, so 2 credits. You can mix them however you like.
Good to know
- Credits renew at the start of every month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
- Reminders to your clients are included and use no credits.
- Rescheduling, cancelling and questions on WhatsApp that do not end in a booking use no credits.
- Calls are counted by the second. A call uses credits for its whole length, even when it does not end in a booking (for example, when a client only asks for a price).
- When your credits run low, we let you know on WhatsApp, so you can add more in time.
- If your credits run out, Skye keeps answering for 3 more days, so no client is left without a reply while you add more.
