1. Data controller

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this presentation website. Data processed by the Skye booking service on behalf of salons (client conversations, appointment details) is covered by the service agreement and data-processing terms concluded with each salon.

3. Data we process on this website

• Contact via WhatsApp or email: when you write to us, we receive the data you send (your number or address and the content of your message) and use it to reply.
• Forms on this site: when you send us a request or a message, we receive what you fill in (for example your name, salon, city and phone number). If you reached the site from one of our ads, the request also carries the ad's name, taken from the page address. We use this to contact you about your request.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed to deliver the site securely.

Measurement cookies (only with your consent)

If you press "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and theMeta pixel to see how many people reach the site from our Facebook and Instagram ads, which pages they read and how many requests they send. If you press "Decline" or make no choice, these tools are not loaded at all.

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) sets the _ga and_ga_* cookies, kept for up to 2 years. It processes your IP address, browser and device, the pages you visit and the ad you came from.
• The Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) sets the _fbpcookie (and _fbc when you arrive from an ad), kept for up to 90 days. It tells Meta that you visited the site and sent a request, so we can measure our ads. When you send the form, the pixel also sends Meta the name and phone number from it, hashed in your browser before they leave, so Meta can link the request to the ad you saw (advanced matching). We and Meta are joint controllers for collecting and transmitting this data; Meta then processes it under its own privacy policy.

Your choice is remembered in your browser for 6 months (in local storage, not a cookie). You can change it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. If you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies above from your browser.

4. Legal bases

We process contact data based on our legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or to take steps before entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Measurement cookies and the data sent to Google and Meta are processed only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Third parties

If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp LLC processes your messages under its own terms. Our website hosting provider processes technical data as our processor. Forms are delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards your request to us by email.

With your consent, Google and Meta receive the data described in section 3. Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep contact correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention. Measurement data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). Write to us at[email protected] to exercise any right.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
